Mechanical & Electronic Maintenance Blueprint Reading & Technical Schematic Interpretation System Monitoring & Product Inspection strong aptitude for analytical troubleshooting and quick learning

Physical & Operational Requirements:

Ability to stand consistently for up to 10 hours per day and lift up to 50 lbs continuously. Willingness to work weekends and up to 8 hours of voluntary/scheduled overtime per week.

High SchoolResponsibilitiesYour Impact & Core Responsibilities As an Equipment Maintenance Technician, you are the backbone of our operational success. You will keep our facility running efficiently by mastering high-level maintenance and troubleshooting.

Troubleshoot & Repair:

Diagnose complex mechanical and electronic equipment issues to minimize downtime.

Preventative Maintenance:

Perform routine scheduled maintenance following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

System Monitoring:

Actively track equipment performance signals and resolve operational anomalies.

Precision Logging & Pass-Down:

Maintain accurate shift logs and conduct clear end-of-shift pass-downs to ensure seamless cross-shift communication.

Vendor & Engineer Collaboration:

Partner with senior personnel, engineers, and OEM equipment vendors to solve tough breakdown challenges.

Mentorship & Quality:

Maintain and optimize SOPs while helping train and upskill junior technicians.
