Responsibilities As a Rental Service Technician at our Bryan location, you'll keep our rental fleet of agricultural and construction equipment running strong, performing preventative maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and repairs both in the shop and out in the field. This is hands-on, varied work for someone who takes pride in getting equipment right. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform service, set-up, and repair of agricultural and light construction equipment both in the shop and in the field Complete reports and forms related to work assignments Maintain current knowledge of agricultural and light construction equipment Participate in continuing education and training opportunities Adhere to all safety guidelines and requirements Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent One year of related experience required Must have your own full set of tools Valid driver's license Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and push/pull up to 150 pounds multiple times per day What We Offer Health insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Holiday Pay (upon eligibility) Ongoing training and continuing education opportunities Stability and growth with a company that's been part of Texas agriculture for over 85 years Closing WCTractor's mission is to be the best in the eyes of our customers, employees, community, and industry, and to reflect honesty, integrity, and Christian standards and values in all we do.
