Top Wages paid for Experienced Construction Equipment Technicians Must have experience working on all types of Construction equipment for road and dirt machinery and possess electronic and hydraulic diagnostics. Automotive techs welcome to Apply. NPE- Nueces Power Equipment is currently looking for candidates to start immediately at their Corpus Christi, TX location. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair heavy construction equipment using automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge. Perform routine heavy equipment maintenance, including servicing transmissions, air brakes, and hydraulics. Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring alignment and suspension systems are functioning properly. Utilize hand tools and welding techniques for fabrication and repairs. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostics Proficiency in using hand tools for equipment maintenance Experience with transmissions, air brakes and hydraulics Ability to operate heavy equipment, including excavators and backhoes Familiarity with fabrication and OEM schematics Relevant service technician experience and customer service skills Capability to perform heavy lifting and welding tasks
