Job Description

Farm Equipment Mechanics for

Large Commercial Farmer Diagnosing and Repairing Machinery:

Troubleshoot and repair minor to major failures with electrical, hydraulic, diesel engine and attachment issues with tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems, and other farm equipment. P erform regular maintenance tasks to ensure equipment stays in good working condition and avoid breakdowns. Test and adjust equipment components to optimize performance and efficiency. Work with other mechanics Work with newer technologies, such as GPS-guided systems, in modern farm machinery. Welding and fabricating as needed

Educational and Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma

MINIMUM 2 - 3

years working on John Deere or Case IH farm equipment, balers, pickers, sprayers, spreaders etc.

PREFERRED AA

Diesel Technology or factory training and certifications from John Deere AG equipment Must have basic tools to perform in this role effectively Must maintain high efficiency and maintain safety protocol at all times Pre employment drug screen and physical required #
