This is a 1099 independent contractor position , meaning you are self-employed — not an employee of Sunny Maids of Frisco. As a 1099 contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes, and you will receive an IRS Form 1099 at the end of the year instead of a W-2. You set your own availability and work on a per-job basis. This role offers flexibility, consistent job referrals, and competitive pay. We handle all client bookings and scheduling — you just show up and do great work. Pay Structure Contractors receive 60% of each completed job . Sunny Maids of Frisco retains 40% as a referral and booking fee. Your earnings grow with every job you complete. Responsibilities Perform professional carpet cleaning at residential and commercial client locations Pre-treat stains and high-traffic areas before cleaning Operate and maintain your own carpet cleaning equipment Inspect carpets and communicate any concerns to clients Represent Sunny Maids of Frisco in a professional and courteous manner Ensure client satisfaction before leaving each job site Requirements Minimum 1 year of carpet cleaning experience preferred Must own or have access to professional carpet cleaning equipment — Sunny Maids of Frisco does not provide equipment Reliable transportation to job sites in Frisco and surrounding areas Must be able to pass a criminal background check (required before your first job) Own liability insurance preferred Professional appearance and strong customer service skills Must be legally authorized to work in the United States What We Provide Steady stream of job referrals as our client base grows All booking, scheduling, and client communication handled for you Flexible schedule — work the days and hours that fit your life No cold calling or sales required This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
