About Us The Trailer Guys is a fast-growing trailer dealership focused on providing high-quality trailers, parts, and service to contractors, farmers, fleet operators, and everyday customers. We take pride in doing things the right way, working hard, and taking care of our customers. We're looking for a Service Technician who takes pride in their work, works efficiently, and wants to be part of a growing team. Job Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide variety of trailers Install trailer components such as lights, wiring, brakes, axles, jacks, and couplers Perform brake adjustments and axle service Install accessories and upgrades (toolboxes, winches, tie-downs, etc.) Complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate with the service team on repair status and parts needed Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools Experience with trailer repair, automotive repair, welding, or heavy equipment preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a shop environment Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Performance bonuses available Consistent, full-time hours Opportunity for advancement as we continue to grow Supportive team environment Schedule Full-time | Monday-Friday Occasional Saturdays may be required.
Pay:
$30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
