We're looking for a Service Technician who takes pride in their work, works efficiently, and wants to be part of a growing team. Job Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide variety of trailers Install trailer components such as lights, wiring, brakes, axles, jacks, and couplers Perform brake adjustments and axle service Install accessories and upgrades (toolboxes, winches, tie-downs, etc.) Complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate with the service team on repair status and parts needed Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools Experience with trailer repair, automotive repair, welding, or heavy equipment preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a shop environment Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Performance bonuses available Consistent, full-time hours Opportunity for advancement as we continue to grow Supportive team environment Schedule Full-time | Monday-Friday Occasional Saturdays may be required.

Pay:

$30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
