Job Description

Central Texas Tractor & Implement is a growing tractor and equipment dealership serving farmers, ranchers, and landowners across Central Texas. We sell and service top-quality tractors and implements and pride ourselves on dependable service and knowledgeable technicians. We are looking for a motivated mechanic/technician to join our team and help keep our customers' equipment running strong. Job Responsibilities Diagnose and repair tractors, mowers, and agricultural equipment Perform routine maintenance and service work Troubleshoot hydraulic, diesel engine, electrical, and mechanical systems Assemble new tractors and implements Complete service work orders and communicate repairs with service manager Maintain a clean and organized shop area Qualifications Experience working on tractors, diesel engines, or heavy equipment preferred Mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license Welding or fabrication experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady full-time work Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow with a growing dealership Work on quality equipment and tractors
