Full Job Description Job Description:
Mechanic needed for diagnosing Top Drive Technician problems in the shop or at the rig, and repair in a timely manner. Also, the mechanic will tear down and rebuild equipment as needed.
Requirements:
  • Must be mechanically inclined.
  • Must be able to work long hours.
  • Must be self-motivated, able work and think under pressure, and able to work with integrity.
  • Must be able to identify and use tools proficiently.
  • Experience with TDS-11 and Tesco HXI Top Drives a major plus!
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and troubleshooting hydraulics
  • Must be able to stand long hours and lift heavy objects (up to 80 lbs) repeatedly.
  • Must be able to work with a diversified team of people.
  • Clean Driving Record required.
  • Able to meet deadlines and attention to detail a must.
  • If offered a position you will be required to submit to hair follicle drug screening.
