Their key responsibilities are:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on various types of equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance (oil changes, filter replacements, lubrication, etc.)
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure equipment is compliant and operational
• Maintain service records and complete job reports accurately
• Adapt to changing priorities and work conditions as needed
• Follow all CAPA safety procedures and protocols The requirements for the position are:
• Must bring your own tools
• Relevant mechanical experience required
• Multiple shift availability, including evening
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork skills
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in yard or field conditions
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
