Job Description

Repairs, maintains, and installs oil well drilling machinery and equipment, using hand tools and following oral and written work orders: Attaches hoisting cables to pumps, transmissions, diesel engines, and other equipment at drill sites, lashes equipment to trucks for transfer to repair yard. 8+ years of experience. Experienced light duty truck mechanic ASE certification a plus but not necessary Schedule
  • 7.30 to 5 pm
  • Monday to Friday This person will be based in Pecos Tx. No truck needed
  • just transportation to and from work.
Will be using an truck at times so must have a valid driver's license. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred EHS Requirements Corporation requires PEC Safeland Certification to be obtained prior to beginning this role. Proof of certification can be uploaded into Fieldglass for verification by the hiring supervisor. This role will also require
ANSI Z390.1-2017
instructor led H2S training (will be specific to certain roles). Additionally, Corporation requires the following PPE be provided by the contractor prior to commencing work: Safety glasses
  • ANSI approved Steel toe safety shoes Hard Hat H2S monitor SCBA (ProdOps and Drilling roles) (this will be modified for these job postings) Flotation device/ life jacket
  • where applicable Fire Extinguisher FR Clothing Some roles will require task specific PPE and should be provided by the contractor prior to commencing work.
