Excavation and Earth Moving Equipment Operators (Construction & Extraction)

Trinity Excavation is looking for equipment operators to join our team in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and operate excavators & dozer, and other heavy equipment for work site. Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Follow all safety regulations and company policies. Perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment. Load and unload equipment from vehicles. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work with a team. Capability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately and efficiently. Ability to use basic hand tools. Good communication skills. Good problem-solving skills. Good physical stamina and strength. Must be able to do heavy lifting as required for the job. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, and climb high ladders while carrying heavy items on your shoulders while working in tight spaces as required by your position. Must be able to move around in tight spaces at times while working in confined spaces as well as outside of buildings where there are no buildings to protect you from the elements or rain storms. Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions when necessary with no set temperature limits. Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds regularly without assistance from others or other employees as needed by the job site owner or other company personnel who are responsible for site safety issues at the location where you are working.
