Job Description

An repair outfit is currently looking to add an experienced Field Service Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join their team in the San Marcos, TX area.
Job Requirements:
At least 2+ years' experience repairing, maintaining Construction/Ag/Earthmoving equipment (CAT, Komatsu, CASE, John Deere, Hitachi, Volvo, etc.). Strong hydraulic and electrical skills. Experience with diagnostic software (CAT ET, Cummins INSITE, JPRO, Tech Tool, etc.). Hands on repair experience with Diesel Engines. Must possess a positive attitude and ability to work with others and take direction. Exercise safety in all capacities.
Compensation:
$32.00•$50.00/hour to start. Starting wage is dependent upon previous industry experience and diagnostic capabilities. Company perks, PTO available upon hire, annual boot allowance and more! Stipends for private health insurance on top of base pay.
Shifts:
Day Shift, 7:00am•4:00pm, Monday•Friday. Overtime available after 40 hours/week and offered based on operational needs. The successful technician will be subject to pre-employment background checks. Candidate must possess hands-on repair experience with construction/mining earth moving equipment. Strong diagnostic capabilities will qualify for top end of wage range. #MHM
