We serve communities all across the Gulf and East Coasts with rapid-response debris removal operations and emergency management expertise. Our mission is to provide reliable, efficient, and respectful service during times of need, helping communities recover after major storms and disasters.
Position Details:
Home Base:
Van Alstyne, TX Pay Range:
$1,500 - $3,500 per week (including travel bonus, commensurate with experience) Housing Provided while on deployment Travel Bonus Pay available for extended assignments - Year-round employment with opportunity for travel bonus during storm season
Responsibilities:
Inspect, maintain, and repair heavy equipment (e.g., loaders, excavators, trucks, grinders, generators) Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on-site and in the shop Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime during operations Ensure safety and compliance standards are met at all times Support crews in the field during storm response and disaster recovery operations
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic Class A or B CDL strongly preferred Ability and willingness to travel extensively on short notice Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork Why Join Us?
