Tractor Service Technician

We're hiring a full-time, year-round Farm Equipment Mechanic for our Victoria, TX location. This individual will perform farm equipment machinery diagnostics and repairs as required. These repairs will consist of, but are not limited to, complete component removal, disassembly, reconditioning, among other mechanic related procedures. This individual must be able to perform quality work as efficiently as possible, work overtime and weekends on occasion.

Specific Duties Include:

Perform in-shop machinery diagnostics and repairs as required. Provide a knowledgeable and reliable in-store representative to provide customer-based service solutions for the dealership. Maintain a clean work area at all times, as well as care for all shop tools, machines, and equipment. Diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble, and service equipment as assigned by your direct supervisor. Document machine information, parts and repairs completed on work order. Enhance the customer experience of our customers by providing the excellent level of service they expect. Maintain technical and product knowledge on all equipment sold within the dealership's area of responsibility. Willingness to engage in available company-sponsored trainings, in an effort to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set. Perform all other duties as assigned by your direct supervisor in a professional and efficient manner.

Preferred Experience:

At minimum two years of farm equipment mechanic experience. Full time with benefits. Pay based on experience.
