Job Description
We are excited to announce that we are looking to grow our Dallas service team! Are you interested in applying your skills as a service technician to help our team continue to perform at a high level while also gaining practical experience for your career growth? We are looking for a driven, motivated, people-oriented service technician that wants to learn and grow with our company. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of hydraulics, electrical and fabrication and be willing to learn on the job. They will also be excited about the opportunity to help support our customers by repairing and maintaining their refuse and environmental equipment fleets. Job Mission The mission for this role is to provide high quality customer service with a focus on company culture and excellent quality of workmanship. Preferred Experience Technical experience in hydraulics, electrical and fabrication is preferred but not required. Customer Satisfaction - Achieve 100% customer satisfaction by producing quality work, providing excellent communication and leveraging assistance from the appropriate sources. Job Responsibilities Diagnose errors and technical problems and determine proper solutions to produce timely and detailed service reports. Collaborate with the technical team and share information across the organization to build positive relationships with clients and coworkers. Satisfy customer needs by making appropriate recommendations and briefings using appropriate procedures and protocols. Perform customer service by studying system requirements, including ordering and gathering essential components and parts, completing the installation, and performing quality assurance tests. Must be a self-starter and comfortable working independently on equipment with a focus on efficiency, productivity and high-quality work. Maintain customer satisfaction by using creativity and ingenuity to investigate complaints, identify resolutions, suggest enhanced operating techniques, and recommend system improvements.
