Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Jet Ski Mechanic to join our dynamic watercraft maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining jet skis to ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional experiences for our customers by keeping our fleet in top condition. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced mechanical systems and power tools in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of jet skis to identify mechanical issues and ensure compliance with safety standards Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, engine tune-ups, and system calibrations Repair or replace damaged components such as engines, propellers, electrical systems, and hulls using hand tools and power tools Interpret schematics and technical manuals to diagnose complex mechanical and electrical problems Use diagnostic equipment like ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical circuits and mechanical systems Maintain detailed service records, logs, and maintenance schedules for each watercraft Assist with manual handling tasks such as lifting, positioning, and transporting jet skis safely around the workshop or dock area Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in vehicle maintenance and repair Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, schematics, and diagnostic equipment such as ohmmeters Knowledge of mechanical systems repair including engines, electrical wiring, and hydraulic components Experience working with diesel mechanics or similar internal combustion engines is a plus Ability to read technical manuals and perform automotive service procedures accurately Familiarity with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices in a watercraft or automotive environment Excellent manual handling skills to safely manage heavy or bulky parts during repairs Join us if you're passionate about watercraft mechanics and eager to keep jet skis running smoothly!
