This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to work in a team that values quality and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Diagnose, disassemble, repair, and assemble electric motors, pumps, gearboxes, and related rotating equipment Perform mechanical rebuilds and precision measurements using micrometers, dial indicators, and vibration meters Conduct electrical testing using multimeters, meggers, and Baker instruments Record measurements and document all work performed Participate in daily discussions around customer projects and workflow improvements What You Bring 5+ years of AC/DC motor repair experience Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with motors, pumps, fans, and gearboxes Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed What We Offer Paid Time Off competitive, equitable pay based on experience, skills, and education.
