Job:
K-TEK Industries is looking for an experienced Shop Mechanic to work on-site in our shop in Doswell to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues , ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical problems Repair or replace parts as needed to restore safe operation Maintain detailed service records Manage parts inventory and place orders Deliver excellent customer service and represent K-TEK with professionalism Follow all safety procedures and company policies Work independently while being part of a supportive, close-knit team
Requirements:
Minimum 2 year experience in mechanical maintenance and repair High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to read and interpret technical manuals Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
