This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a wide variety of equipment utilizing your mechanical expertise and hands-on skills to keep equipment running efficiently. You will be responsible for performing repairs, diagnostics, maintenance, and fabrication tasks. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on construction machinery, farm equipment, lawn mowers, small equipment and largely golf carts using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Diagnose mechanical issues related to transmissions, hydraulics, electrical systems, air brakes, suspensions, and diesel engines utilizing schematics and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) manuals. Perform welding, soldering, fabrication, and assembly work to repair or modify equipment components as needed. Assist in tire service, brake repair, alignment adjustments, and other specialized tasks related to heavy equipment mechanics. Support team members with heavy lifting tasks and ensure all safety protocols are followed during maintenance activities. Qualifications Proven experience working with golf carts and in heavy equipment maintenance environments. Strong mechanical knowledge across construction machinery, farm equipment, industrial tools, and mechanical repairs. Skilled in electrical diagnostics, hydraulic systems troubleshooting, diesel engine repair, and transmission servicing. Familiarity with schematics interpretation and OEM manuals for accurate diagnostics and repairs. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and other maintenance tools. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex repairs.
