This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with field service excellence, ensuring seamless banking experiences for customers. As an integral part of our service network, you'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, perform routine maintenance, and support the operational integrity of ATM equipment. Your proactive approach and technical skills will help keep cash access reliable and secure for all users. Applicants must have reliable transportation and an excellent driving record. Responsibilities Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance on ATMs, including cleaning, restocking cash supplies, and verifying operational status. Diagnose and resolve hardware issues related to electro-mechanical components, such as card readers, printers, safes, and cash dispensers. Perform software troubleshooting to identify and fix system errors or malfunctions, ensuring optimal machine performance. Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to repair or replace faulty parts in a safe and efficient manner. Support equipment repair by testing repaired units to confirm proper functionality before returning them to service. Document all service activities thoroughly, including repairs performed, parts used, and issues encountered. Collaborate with technical support teams for complex troubleshooting involving computer hardware, networking issues, or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge combined with experience in field service operations for electronic or electro-mechanical devices. Proficiency in hardware diagnostics and software troubleshooting within ATM systems or similar equipment. Hands-on experience with computer hardware, networking protocols, and IT fundamentals related to ATM connectivity. Familiarity with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) procedures specific to banking or retail equipment. Ability to read schematics, electrical diagrams, and mechanical drawings accurately for effective troubleshooting. Knowledge of OEM components and specifications to ensure proper repairs aligned with manufacturer standards. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on technical troubleshooting support in fast-paced environments.
