Equipment Maintenance Mechanic:
Assist customers at the return desk by checking in returned tools and rental machinery. Review technical English equipment manuals to safely diagnose and troubleshoot operational faults. Perform routine repairs, maintenance overhauls, fluid changes, and tool tune-ups cleanly. Evaluate machinery components to identify and correct structural or electrical tool issues. Maintain a highly organized work area and ensure all rental assets meet strict safety rules. Details for

Pay Range:
$18.00•$25.00 / hour (DOE).
Schedule:
Monday•Friday | 7:00 AM•5:00 PM (Full-Time).
Position Type:
Temporary Project Assignment. Requirements for
Equipment Maintenance Mechanic:
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with a strong understanding of industrial and consumer tools. Must easily identify different equipment types (e.g., knowing the distinct difference between a drill and a sander). Strong English comprehension skills required to read and interpret complex factory manuals and repair lines. Excellent customer-facing communication skills, high reliability, and great daily punctuality habits. Ability to handle active shop labor, lift up to 75 lbs, and pass standard pre-employment evaluations.
