Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Equipment Associate, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of heavy equipment and machinery. You'll be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and supporting maintenance operations to keep our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Conduct electrical diagnostics to identify faults and troubleshoot issues using schematics and technical drawings Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on heavy equipment and machinery to ensure safety and efficiency Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to accurately diagnose problems and implement solutions Use tools such as ohmmeters and other testing devices to measure electrical components and verify system integrity Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance activities, and diagnostics performed on equipment Collaborate with team members to coordinate repair schedules and prioritize urgent repairs or inspections Support the procurement of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies to ensure availability of necessary parts Skills Strong electrical diagnostics skills with experience interpreting schematics and technical drawings Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment mechanics and systems Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters for electrical testing Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) activities in industrial or construction environments Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals accurately Technical proficiency in troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and safety standards This position offers an engaging work environment where your technical expertise makes a tangible impact.
