Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Powersports Technician and fuel your passion for high-performance vehicles! In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of powersports equipment, including ATVs, UTV's, snowmobiles, and personal watercraft. Your expertise will ensure our customers' rides are safe, reliable, and ready for adventure. We're looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves working with their hands to deliver top-notch service. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to an industry-leading team dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities Perform detailed diagnostics on powersports vehicles using automotive and specialized diagnostic tools to identify mechanical and electrical issues. Conduct repairs and maintenance tasks such as engine overhauls, brake replacements, suspension adjustments, and assembly of new equipment. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and other mechanical devices to complete repairs efficiently and accurately. Assist with vehicle inspections, routine maintenance, and safety checks to ensure all equipment meets industry standards. Lift heavy parts or equipment safely during repairs or assembly processes while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain detailed service records, update work orders promptly, and communicate clearly with customers about repair status. Skills Proven mechanical experience or service technician background in powersports environments. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle diagnostics, brake repair, suspension work, and general powersport vehicle repair. Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering devices, and automotive diagnostic systems. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and professionally. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex repairs. Familiarity with assembly processes for new vehicles or parts installation.
