Role:

Join C&T Forklift Repair as a Service Tech/Forklift and become a vital part of our dedicated team! We are looking for skilled technicians to provide exceptional service and maintenance on a variety of forklifts, ensuring our clients' operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on forklifts and material handling equipment. Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems effectively and efficiently. Perform inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used. Communicate with customers to explain repairs and provide exceptional service. Assist in training junior technicians and share knowledge with team members. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in forklift technology. Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify issues accurately.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. Proven experience in forklift repair and maintenance. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the industry. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
