Job Description

Shop Mechanic Preston Contractors, Inc Kingwood, WV Preston Contractors is looking for a experienced Shop Mechanic for our main shop in Kingwood, WV. Qualified applicants would be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment including, but not limited to, Heavy duty trucks, tractors, and other construction equipment. The Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all repairs performed and will communicate with the Shop Supervisor regarding any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Experience in Diesel Mechanics a must Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently. Ability to read and write basic English. Must have a valid DOT Medical Card and be able to pass a background check and drug test Ability to work various shifts as job requires
