Requirements:

2 years or more residential appliance service and repair experience, sealed system experience a plus.

NOTE:

Experience is mandatory as is a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn Strong customer service and communication skills High school or trade school graduate or equivalent Valid unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair appliances in customer's homes using modern test equipment, tools, and parts and following established risk management and safety protocols Professionally and courteously communicate with company and customers Perform company related tasks, parts lookups, installation research, and continuing education and training on company provided cell phone or tablet.
