Job Description
Job Summary We are a growing appliance service company based in the East Bay, currently expanding our team as we head into the busy season. We service multiple apartment complexes and residential properties and are looking for a reliable, skilled technician who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and wants consistent, long term opportunity. This position is open to appliance repair technicians, or those experienced in both appliance repair and HVAC (preferred). This role is ideal for someone who wants steady work without having to chase customers, we handle scheduling, dispatch, and client relationships. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential appliances (no cooling, no heat, airflow issues, etc.) Perform appliance repairs (washers, dryers, ovens, refrigerators, etc.) Complete routine maintenance for apartment units and common systems. Clearly communicate findings, needed repairs, and next steps. Take basic photos and notes for each job. Maintain professionalism when interacting with tenants and property managers. Requirements 2+ years experience in appliance repair/related field. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Reliable, punctual, and professional (this is VERY important) Good communication skills with customers and team. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must have basic tools. Preferred (not required) Experience working in apartment complexes or multi-unit properties. Experience with both HVAC and appliance repair. Compensation Competitive pay based on experience.
