Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Appliance Technician, where you will be the go-to expert for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of household appliances. Duties Diagnose and repair various household appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and HVAC systems using detailed schematics and technical manuals Perform appliance installation, assembly, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation Utilize mechanical and electrical skills to troubleshoot issues related to refrigeration, electrical components, and mechanical parts Conduct field service visits efficiently using a box truck or similar vehicle for on-site repairs and customer consultations Interpret technical diagrams and schematics accurately to identify root causes of appliance malfunctions Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes, timelines, and maintenance tips to enhance their experience Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs performed, parts used, and follow-up requirements Requirements Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician with a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools for appliance troubleshooting Knowledge of refrigeration systems and HVAC equipment is highly desirable Previous experience as a delivery driver or in field service roles using a box truck or similar vehicle preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in equipment repair and assembly Ability to work independently in diverse environments while adhering to safety standards Join us if you're ready to energize your career by delivering expert appliance solutions with enthusiasm!
