The ideal candidate will assist with assembly, material handling, quality checks, equipment operation, and maintaining a clean and organized production environment while following company safety and manufacturing procedures. Key Responsibilities Assist with assembling appliances and manufacturing components according to production standards Operate basic production tools, machinery, and equipment safely Follow work instructions, production schedules, and standard operating procedures Inspect products and components for quality, accuracy, and defects Perform basic measurements and quality checks as required Load, unload, move, and organize materials and components Supply production areas with necessary parts and materials Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations Identify and report damaged materials, equipment issues, or quality concerns Follow workplace safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE) Meet established production, quality, and efficiency standards Work closely with supervisors and other production team members Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment Follow proper handling procedures for tools, materials, and finished products Assist with changeovers, line preparation, and other production activities as assigned Perform additional manufacturing duties assigned by management Requirements Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, production, or industrial experience preferred but not required Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable, punctual, and responsible work ethic Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and production lines Flexible availability, including shifts, evenings, weekends, or overtime when required Preferred Skills Manufacturing or assembly experience Experience with hand tools or basic production equipment Quality inspection or production-line experience Basic mechanical or technical knowledge Strong organization and time-management skills Ability to identify and report production issues Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn new manufacturing processes Benefits Benefits may vary based on position, location, employment status, and eligibility.
