Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Appliance Technician, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service by repairing and maintaining a wide range of household appliances. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work in the field, troubleshooting complex systems, and providing top-tier customer support. Your mechanical expertise, electrical knowledge, and hands-on skills will ensure appliances are restored to optimal performance, enhancing customer satisfaction and trust. Whether diagnosing refrigeration issues or assembling new equipment, you'll be at the forefront of keeping homes running smoothly. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair various household appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers using schematics and technical manuals Conduct electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration repairs with precision and attention to detail Interpret technical diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot complex appliance systems effectively Perform equipment assembly, installation, and testing to ensure proper operation before customer handover Use your mechanical knowledge to replace parts, repair components, and optimize appliance performance Assist with delivery driving duties using a box truck or similar vehicle, ensuring safe transport of appliances to customer locations Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and answering questions professionally Experience Proven service technician experience in appliance repair or related field service roles Strong electrical experience with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams confidently Mechanical knowledge applicable to appliance systems and components Experience with refrigeration systems and HVAC is highly desirable Previous delivery driver experience using a box truck or similar vehicle is a plus Familiarity with assembly processes for appliances or equipment repair tasks Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Join us in delivering reliable solutions that make everyday life easier!
