Appliance Installer Home Management LLC Tampa, FL Job Details Full-time $23 - $30 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Maintenance inventory management Customer service Equipment installation High school diploma or GED Assembly Driver's License Plumbing Mechanical knowledge Full Job Description Experienced Appliance Installer Candidate must be mechanically inclined and knowledgeable with 1- 2 years' experience of appliance installation and all requirements, guidelines, and procedures. Must pass background check.

Expectation and Responsibilities Include:

Must be able to install dishwashers, OTR microwaves, ranges, vent hoods, built-in microwave must be able to observe and test operation of appliances installed and make initial installation adjustments accordingly. Level dishwashers and connect hoses to water pipes, using plumbing and other hand tools Disassemble and re-install existing kitchen appliances and assemble and install new kitchen appliance in accordance with high company standard. Advise customers regarding use and care of appliances Must be able to work the assigned schedule and comply with the Company's timekeeping policy and procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:

Knowledge of Appliance Installation and of basic plumbing and electrical techniques. Maintain inventory of Appliances supplies needed to complete installations Must be able to perform a pre-site inspection before installations at customers residences.

Physical Demands:

Ability to sit, walk and crawl occasionally Ability to stand, squat, kneel and dexterity to bend/twist neck and waist, frequently Ability to use hands repetitively and power/simple grasp constantly Ability for fine manipulation of hands as well as pushing, pulling and reaching above and below shoulder level constantly Physical ability to lift, pull and push products up to 50+ pounds frequently with our Appliance Hand-trucks and dollies We are committed to excellent customer service and you will represent the company and be expected to be courteous, knowledgeable and polite always.
