Appliance Field Technician Servicing the West Palm Beach Area

Join the BrandsMart USA Team as an Appliance Repair Technician! BrandsMart USA Service Center is currently looking for Appliance Repair Technicians to service the South Florida Region. The ideal candidate will have a background in appliance repair and field service, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This role involves working directly with customers to diagnose problems, perform repairs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Technicians Needed In:

Broward County, Palm Beach County, and Miami Dade County . First 90 days will be spent completing onboarding in the Service Center in Fort Lauderdale Competitive pay, our Technicians average earning (55k-90k with commission). Benefits, medical, dental, 401K, vacation. $22•25/hr (3-month probation), then commission-based. Technician average from 55K-90K per year. The aim is at the top of range, we provide training and our goal is to get you there.

In the Appliance Service Technician role, you will enjoy working independently as a representative of a leading retailer and in-home service provider.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

At Least 2 years' field technician experience in Appliance Repair, Refrigeration, or HVAC. Refrigeration, EPA, or HVAC certification Ability to drive company owned cargo vehicle Follow the truck maintenance schedule and keeping a clean, organized truck Maintain truck stock inventory within the prescribed company guidelines and standards Working mechanical knowledge, including the use of tools and test equipment Triage and diagnose repair Appliances Use smart phone in order to complete assigned work orders including part ordering process, communication via email, and service center job assignments. Follow directions and specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship. Excellent communication both verbal and written email communications. Providing timely, knowledgeable, courteous, and quality repairs of customers' products Must have own basic technician tools Able to occasionally lift and handle parts and material minimum of 77 lbs and pushing/pulling of 70 lbs required. Work with minimal supervision Must be at least 21 years of age Valid Driver's License Required•Must pass background and drug screening .Monday Friday 8am•5pm is typical time spent in field.
