We are seeking a Field Service Technician to provide expert repair and maintenance for premium fitness equipment, smart home gym systems, and specialized consumer appliances, ensuring every customer receives top-tier service. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform precision repairs on treadmills, stationary bikes, and advanced home fitness technology. Maintain the functionality of high-end consumer goods, including wine coolers and massage chairs, to meet manufacturer standards. Interpret complex technical manuals and schematics to execute accurate assembly and component replacements. Deliver exceptional on-site customer service, acting as a professional representative during every service visit. Utilize mobile technology to document repair progress, manage service tickets, and communicate status updates in real-time. Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality benchmarks, guaranteeing long-term equipment reliability for our clients. Qualifications Required Skills Proven mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using standard hand and power tools. Ability to interpret technical documentation, assembly guides, and wiring diagrams. Reliable personal transportation to travel to various service sites. Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing a superior customer experience. Must possess an active EIN (Federal Tax ID) for independent contracting. Preferred Skills Prior experience in field service, appliance repair, or fitness equipment maintenance. Familiarity with smart home systems and electronic diagnostic tools. Experience managing logistics and scheduling for mobile service routes. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
