Service Technician High-end appliance Join The Lakeview Appliance Service Team Our First in Class Service Technicians are factory trained, customer-centric, and redefining the standard of excellence servicing appliances. Lakeview Appliance Service is seeking On-Site Service Technicians with a guest-first attitude and the ability to complete service and repairs. Varying experience levels welcome, from small to large home appliances, HVAC, refrigeration, or electrical experience, we want to talk to you! The ideal candidate has extensive appliance repair experience and follows all industry safety obligations. Excellent customer service skills are essential to being successful in this role. Entry Level Tech Tier (no mechanical work experience): $2,500 Signing Bonus. Base, $52,000 annual after 90 days Trade or Technical School Graduate Tier (2 years experience): $2,500 Signing Bonus. $58,000 annual after 90 days Experienced Technician Tier (2 years appliance experience): $5,000 signing bonus. &60,000

Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements:
Install, service, and repair various household appliances, such as refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, and more. Working mechanical knowledge, including the use of tools and test equipment. Swiftly respond to customer calls regarding issues or malfunctions. Evaluate and troubleshoot problems. Provide warranty service and repairs. As well as options, estimates, and timeframes. Complete invoicing and service-related paperwork. High-level customer service and communication skills. Manual dexterity and physical stamina. Elevated mechanical aptitude and capability. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, positive. Team player in all communication and actions. Computer and technology skills. Average to the above-average ability for online applications, laptop use, cell phone, electronics, office software. Proficient with time management strategies to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity. Ownership & accountability to exceed expectations. Self-discipline to control output, outcomes and stay on course. Accepts direction and feedback constructively, excels in a structured work environment.Qualifications:
Post-secondary technical training/ certification from a trade or vocational school; appliance repair, HVAC, electrical, refrigeration. Or 1-2 years of experience, knowledge of appliance service, repair, and installation. Or relevant education in electrical or electronics. Automotive, aircraft or mechanical engineering is also acceptable. Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license for the state in which you are applying. EPA certification. Ability to occasionally lift to 100 lbs.Job Type:
