• WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Diagnose and repair major household appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, and ranges Communicate clearly and professionally with customers Complete most repairs on the first visit Represent Tager with integrity in every home

• WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years appliance repair experience preferred Strong customer communication skills — this is non-negotiable Valid driver's license and clean driving record Professional attitude and honest work ethic Mechanical or technical background considered if no appliance experience

• PAY & BENEFITS

• $1,200 — $1,400/week average (commission + hourly) Guaranteed minimum during training Company vehicle + fuel card Paid training if needed No weekends or holidays Supportive team environment
