If you have experience in maintenance, automotive repair, HVAC, electrical work, plumbing, military maintenance, or another mechanical field, we'll provide the training to help you become a successful Appliance Repair Technician. The only limit on your success is the effort you're willing to invest in yourself. What You'll Do As an Appliance Repair Technician, you'll be the face of our company. Every day you'll help customers by diagnosing appliance problems, explaining repair options, and completing quality repairs that restore their appliances and their confidence.
Your responsibilities include:
Diagnose and repair residential appliances of all major brands Communicate clearly with customers about findings, repair options, and recommendations Perform repairs safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Educate customers on proper appliance operation and maintenance Stay in communication with our Customer Service Representatives throughout the day Manage your daily schedule efficiently Maintain accurate truck inventory and parts organization Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and properly maintained Complete electronic work orders accurately using an iPad Follow all company safety procedures and operating standards What We're Looking For We are willing to train the right person. Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following: Mechanical repair Electrical troubleshooting HVAC Appliance repair Automotive repair Industrial maintenance Facilities maintenance Plumbing Military mechanical experience Preferred Skills Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics Experience using electrical meters and diagnostic tools Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities Comfortable using an iPad, email, and mobile technology Ability to lift heavy appliances and work in confined spaces when necessary Honest, dependable, and self-motivated Professional appearance and positive attitude Bonus Qualifications Candidates with EPA Certification and sealed system experience are highly encouraged to apply.
