We are seeking a skilled Appliance Maintenance Technician to support our growing portfolio. Job Summary We are looking for a hands-on technician with experience repairing and maintaining residential appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, and freezers. General maintenance knowledge (plumbing, electrical basics, and property upkeep) is highly preferred. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers) Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing-related appliance issues Perform preventative maintenance on units and common-area equipment Respond to maintenance service requests in a timely manner Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed (basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry) Document work completed and communicate updates to management Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with applicable codes Requirements Prior experience in appliance repair or general maintenance Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in apartment units Preferred Qualifications Experience working in multi-unit residential buildings HVAC or EPA certification (a plus but not required) Basic plumbing and electrical repair knowledge Compensation & Benefits $25-$40/hour based on experience and skill level Steady year-round work Growth opportunities within the company Mileage reimbursement or company vehicle (if applicable) Paid training and advancement opportunities Legal / Employment Terms Employment is at-will , meaning either the employee or the employer may terminate employment at any time, with or without cause or notice, subject to applicable law.
