Join a company that gives back to the community and creates meaningful change. What You'll Do As an Appliance Delivery & Service Technician , you'll ensure our customers have a seamless, safe, and positive experience with their home appliances.
Your key responsibilities:
Safely deliver and install home appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washers, and dryers. Ensure all appliances are installed correctly, tested, and fully operational. Communicate effectively with customers to explain the installation process and address any questions or concerns. Diagnose, repair, and service a variety of home appliances including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washers, and dryers. Ensure all repairs are completed correctly, safely, and efficiently. Communicate clearly with customers, explaining service details and preventive maintenance tips. Maintain accurate service records and parts usage logs. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures. Perform routine maintenance on service vehicles and maintain a clean, professional workspace. What You Bring to the
Team Experience:
Prior experience in appliance repair or technical service preferred.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of appliance diagnostics, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Customer Focus:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical Capability:
Ability to lift and move heavy appliances safely.
Professionalism:
Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
Driver's License:
Valid license and clean driving record required (per company vehicle standards).
