Daily Pay $125-$175+ Incentives Program Overview We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Appliance Delivery & Installation Training Program. This hands-on program is designed to prepare trainees for a career in the delivery, installation, and basic servicing of household appliances. Participants will gain practical field experience, safety training, and customer service skills while working alongside experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities Assist with the delivery of major household appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens). Learn proper handling, loading, and unloading techniques to ensure safe transport. Support installation of appliances in customer homes, including setup and basic connections. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures. Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and equipment. Complete required training modules and assessments. Training Components Safe lifting and handling techniques Appliance installation basics (electrical, water line connections, leveling) Route planning and logistics fundamentals Customer interaction and service etiquette Workplace safety and compliance standards Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid driver's license (or ability to obtain one during training) Ability to lift and maneuver heavy appliances (50-100+ lbs with assistance) Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Good communication and teamwork skills Preferred Skills (Not Required) Prior experience in delivery, moving, or warehouse work Basic mechanical or technical aptitude Familiarity with hand tools Career Path Opportunities Upon successful completion of the program, trainees may advance into roles such as: Appliance Delivery Driver Installation Technician Field Service Technician Team Lead or Route Supervisor Benefits (Post-Training Eligibility) Job placement Ongoing mentorship Work Environment This role involves frequent physical activity, working in various weather conditions, and entering customer homes.
