What You'll Do As an Appliance Repair Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while diagnosing and repairing residential appliances. Primary Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential appliances and equipment Provide accurate repair estimates Clearly explain repair recommendations and options to customers Order necessary parts and manage company resources efficiently Complete service documentation accurately Collect payment for completed work Deliver a professional and positive customer experience at every service call What It Takes to Succeed Customer Service Excellence You are the face of our company. Qualifications Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of appliance repair experience Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills EPA certification (a plus, but not required)

Compensation & Benefits Compensation:

$50,000 - $75,000+ annually, based on experience and performance.
