Lead Appliance Repair Technician/business partner

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service while performing appliance repairs and installations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with a variety of appliances.
• Repair and assemble appliances, ensuring they are in proper working order.
• Utilize technical knowledge to service and repair a wide range of appliances.
• Drive to customer locations to deliver, install, or repair appliances.
• Follow schematics and technical manuals to accurately diagnose and fix appliance issues.
• Driving personal vehicle required in the beginning.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Appliance Technician or similar role is not required.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to repair a variety of appliances.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for delivery purposes.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
• Physical ability to lift heavy appliances and perform repairs in various settings.
