Responsibilities Diagnose and repair various household appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers using schematics and technical manuals Perform mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration repairs with precision and attention to detail Utilize your knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment repair to troubleshoot complex issues effectively Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions to guide repairs Conduct field service visits, often using a box truck or similar vehicle for transportation to customer locations Assist with assembly or installation of new appliances when necessary Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes, timelines, and maintenance tips to ensure satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician with strong mechanical knowledge Familiarity with schematics, electrical systems, refrigeration, HVAC, and equipment repair techniques Customer service experience with the ability to explain technical issues in understandable terms Delivery driver experience is a plus, especially familiarity with operating box trucks or similar vehicles Basic electrical experience and ability to work safely with electrical components Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately Strong problem-solving skills combined with a proactive attitude toward troubleshooting complex appliance issues Join us if you're passionate about fixing appliances, enjoy working directly with customers, and thrive in a field service environment where your skills can truly shine!
