Williston Repair Group is looking for an experienced Appliance Repair Technician who wants to work for a company that supports its technicians before, during, and after every service call. We triage service calls in advance, research known issues, help identify possible parts, provide full warehouse and parts support, and assist with technical research when needed.

What Your Day Looks Like A refrigerator stops cooling. A washer won't drain. A customer's oven goes down right before a family gathering. You arrive knowing our office has already gathered as much information as possible about the unit and complaint. You're not walking in completely blind.

Our team helps by:

Triage of service calls before dispatch Reviewing the customer's complaint and appliance information Researching common failures and technical information Helping identify likely parts when possible Providing full warehouse and parts support Assisting with technical research and manufacturer information Supporting you in the field when additional help is needed You bring your experience and diagnostic skills. We provide the support system behind you.
