Responsibilities Execute precise diagnostics and repairs on a variety of major appliances, including refrigeration systems, laundry units, and cooking ranges. Proactively perform preventative maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment and prevent future mechanical failures. Deliver exceptional client experiences by clearly explaining technical issues and providing transparent solutions. Document service activities, parts utilization, and repair outcomes to maintain high standards of service accuracy. Continuously expand your technical knowledge by staying current with emerging appliance technologies and industry best practices. Uphold rigorous safety standards and regulatory compliance during all on-site service operations. Work collaboratively with the service team to optimize repair workflows and elevate overall customer satisfaction metrics. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent educational background. Demonstrated professional experience in appliance repair or a related technical field. Strong analytical troubleshooting abilities with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems. Excellent interpersonal communication skills for client-facing interactions. Proven capacity for independent time management and task prioritization. Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation. Preferred Skills Formal technical certification in appliance or refrigeration repair. Advanced knowledge of HVAC or complex refrigeration cycle diagnostics. Experience utilizing digital service management or inventory tracking software.
