Responsibilities Safely deliver appliances to customer locations using a box truck or similar vehicle, adhering to all safety protocols. Install a variety of appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, microwaves, and dishwashers. Conduct thorough inspections of appliances before installation to identify any mechanical or electrical issues requiring repair or adjustment. Assemble appliances and related equipment efficiently, ensuring proper operation and customer satisfaction. Troubleshoot and repair appliance issues on-site using mechanical knowledge, electrical experience, and equipment repair skills. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining appliance features, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience from delivery through setup. Experience Proven field service or service technician experience with appliances. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams. Experience in appliance repair, refrigeration systems, or electrical troubleshooting preferred. Delivery driver experience utilizing a box truck or similar vehicle is highly desirable. Familiarity with assembly processes for appliances and related equipment. Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC principles, and refrigeration technology enhances your effectiveness in this role. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in diverse situations.
