Technical Proficiency Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Ability to provide customer with an accurate estimate of repair; Ability to select and use basic tools or instruments to assemble, adjust, calibrate, test and repair various products; Accurately troubleshoot all problems inherent to all major appliances; Ability to provide knowledgeable, courteous and professional customer service. This position does not require experience; those who need training will undergo a minimum 6 week training program with a wage of $20/hr until training completion. Following training, there will be a performance review and a raise in the base hourly wage. This is an hourly position, and there will be monthly bonus eligibility based on performance.
Requirements:
At least 1 year previous appliance repair experience preferred - not required; Strong customer service skills; Valid, unrestricted driver license; Must be able to pass drug test and background check; Technical Aptitude or Strong Desire to Learn; 21+ years of age; Internet / Computer Skills; Your Own General Hand Tools; Ability to lift 50 lbs. daily, and maneuver up to 250 lbs. occasionally; Exceptional Driving Record.
