The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in appliance repair, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various household appliances, providing exceptional customer service while working independently in the field. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues using schematics and technical manuals. Perform repairs on a variety of appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and timelines. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used during repairs. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations. Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Experience Previous experience as a service technician or in a field service role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical documents. Experience in appliance repair is essential; familiarity with refrigerate systems is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients.
