Appliance Service Technician Flexible/Part-Time or Full-Time

Magnolia's Home Maintenance and Repair is a growing home service company based in the Charleston area. We specialize in residential appliance repair and installation, and we're looking for a reliable, professional technician to join our team. We are open to both experienced technicians and motivated individuals who are mechanically inclined and willing to learn. Pay & Schedule $20-$24/hour based on experience Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time opportunities) Opportunity to grow into a full-time role Performance-based growth and advancement available What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, etc.) Communicate clearly with customers about issues and recommended solutions Complete job notes and documentation Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company in customers' homes What We're Looking For Valid driver's license Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable and professional Comfortable working in residential environments Willingness to learn and follow systems Preferred (Not Required) Appliance repair experience Experience with brands like GE, Whirlpool, LG, Samsung, Frigidaire Why Work With Us We're a local company that values professionalism, reliability, and customer experience.
