Job Description

Job Summary •Part Time Job. 1st and 2nd shift availability. You will be on call until we have tasks to do. This is an on the road job. You will be visiting customers in commercial and residential properties. You will have a gas card for gas and hardware/tools. Open to accepting entry level candidates. This is a great opportunity to learn any trade. Looking for someone who can take on any challenge. This role pays up to $22.50 based on experience, with room for growth. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of maintenance and repair skills, enabling them to handle various tasks in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing high-quality service to our clients. Duties Must be able to call in for work during business hours. Must be able to diagnose appliance repair Must wear proper work attire Take payments from customer Must have cell phone access, with location tracking and storage for photos. Perform general maintenance and repairs across various facilities, ensuring all work meets safety standards. Conduct electrical repairs and installations, utilizing knowledge of electrical systems and schematics. Execute welding tasks as needed for structural or aesthetic repairs. Manage residential painting projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for troubleshooting and repairs in manufacturing settings. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Supervise and lead small teams on larger projects, providing guidance and support as necessary. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally. Demonstrate mechanical knowledge by diagnosing issues with equipment and performing necessary repairs. Skills Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings. Strong electrical experience with the ability to troubleshoot wiring issues effectively. Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices, ensuring optimal operation of all systems. Experience in manufacturing environments, understanding the unique challenges that arise. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to supervise teams effectively. Strong customer service orientation, ensuring client satisfaction at all times. Competence in using an ohmmeter for electrical testing and diagnostics. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility in various situations.
