We specialize in property management and facility maintenance for residential and commercial properties. We are looking for some dynamic Appliance Technicians who will represent Synergy Preserve LLC to its clients and customers and provide excellent service in the field. Overview We are seeking a skilled Appliance Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for providing exceptional service in the appliance repair industry. This role involves working on various household and commercial appliances, performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Must be an experienced professional. Minimum 2 years of experience in appliance repair work. Own tools and reliable vehicle (truck, van, or SUV). Must be able to work independently. Valid driver's license. Requirements Technicians who want flexible, routine repair work, not a full-time employee position. Tradespeople who are self-motivated, communicative, and ready to handle straightforward tasks across rotating properties. Expertise in repairing common household appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves, and stoves. EPA Certification is required for technicians working on refrigeration systems. Must complete a brief onboarding with a vendor representative before receiving work. Strong professionalism, punctuality, and communication skills. Must have necessary job tools for a wide range of appliance repair tasks.
